4. Bonuses and Promotions

• The member must be a newly registered account holder.

• Bonus funds may not be transferred to another account.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonus offers:

• A member may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• 3999b reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, it will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• When wagering requirements are calculated on bets made with both bonus and real funds, bets placed with real funds will be given priority.

4.3 VIP Program

The 3999b VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Members can advance to higher tiers through regular active participation. The benefits of each tier are determined by 3999b and are subject to change.

6. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:

• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to use an account.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system in a dishonest manner.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Using automated software or bots.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other members.

If any of these prohibitions are violated, the account will be closed immediately, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
